Your apartment is ready for phone service with Cox Communications (or any other provider you chose). Village Park at Barclay Square has a contract with Cox Communications to offer your first month free AND free installation to residents at the Village Park Communities only. We can sign you up so that you can take advantage of these terrific specials.

Trash
Barclay Square gladly pays for your trash!

Electricity Service
Westar Energy provides all of our residents with their electric needs. Westar should have been contacted prior to move-in. Should you have overlooked this very important step, please contact them at (316)383-8600.

Water
As part of our dedication to you, we make sure that our water program is easy for our residents. You don’t need to contact the water department. If you are in a one bedroom water is just $15 a month. Two bedroom/One bath residents pay only $22 a month. Two bedroom/two bath apartment homes are $20 per month. All of these prices are based on each unit having two occupants. This should have been discussed prior to your move-in-however, please contact us if you have ANY questions.

Laundry
Village Park at Barclay Square has laundry facilities located in each building in one of the two main entryways. Should you have any questions or problems with the machines you may either call the Barclay Square office or Jetz, our laundry vendor, at (316)263-1037.

Parking
All uncovered parking spaces at Barclay Square are unassigned. You may have a covered stall for only $30 a month. (Isn’t not having to scrape the ice off of your vehicle worth $1.00 a day?!)

Renter’s Insurance
Village Park at Barclay Square’s insurance policy only covers the outsides of the buildings-nothing inside. Therefore, your belongings are not covered. Renter’s insurance is an affordable way to insure that your belongings can be recovered should a need ever arise. Please contact your insurance agent for more details.

Neighborhood Watch
Get to know your neighbors! This is the best offense we have.

Courtesy Patrol
Please contact SWAT Patrol for noise complaints, neighbor complaints, or to report any suspicious activity after office hours. Their number is (316) 686-SWAT.

Rent Day
Rent is always due on the first of the month-even if the first falls on a holiday or weekend day when the office is closed. Rent not received by 8:30 am on the 6th will be charged a $50 late fee. For each additional day the rent goes unpaid, an additional $5 fee will be charged to the account. The late fees will continue to accrue until the rental amount is paid in full.

Pets
Village Park at Barclay Square is proud to be a pet friendly community. With no pet weight limit, we allow pets BIG or small! There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee upon move-in and a $15 monthly charge for having the animal. We have pet stations located throughout our community for your convenience. Contact our leasing specialists for more information. Breed restrictions are strongly enforced.
